Processing Time
Delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, quality checking, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping Times
USA & Canada — Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 Weeks for delivery.
Australia & New Zealand — Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 Weeks for delivery.
UK & Europe — Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 Weeks for delivery.
Other Countries — Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-5 Weeks for delivery.
Note: The above times apply if your item is in stock.
Insured Shipping: All shipments are fully insured. If an item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement with no extra cost to you, provided sufficient proof is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery is put at the top of our daily dispatch list. However, depending on the order volume we are receiving, actual delivery time may remain similar or equal to Standard Shipping times. Your item is also fully insured.

Tracking & Multiple Packages
Tracking Numbers frequently take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. We recommend using a third-party website such as 17track.net to track your order.
